The goal of this podcast is to inspire and encourage you, wherever you are in your health journey, that your body wants to heal. But if it’s not healing, it’s because your body is not in the right environment to heal. Maybe its stress. Or toxins. Or bad posture. Or what you are eating and drinking. Or what you’ve done the last 10,20, 30, 40 years.

So this will open your mind to ONE ingredient that is vital for mending yourself well, finding the missing puzzle piece(s), the missing ingredients your body, mind & soul need for their own unique recipe for healing. There is hope, and you need to be open to this idea as you continue to listen to all future episodes!
